What you'll be doing…

The Communications Manager is a key stakeholder in winning the hearts and minds of Future employees. As the centre of gravity for our Company’s communications and engagement efforts, the Communications Manager is integral to improving the employee experience across our global organisation.

Working across multiple channels including email, Slack, face-to-face and social media, you will work with the Director of Talent Development, ESG, Communications and Engagement to shape and communicate our story to the global Future team, delivering our strategy by engaging our people through relevant and inspiring communication.

  • A natural people person, you will be passionate about making the employee experience at Future world class.
  • You will have demonstrable experience in supporting and driving engagement initiatives and events.
  • You will be able to think strategically and identify ways to improve communication and engagement.
  • You will be a strong and clear communicator with a proven history of managing a diverse range of stakeholders; presenting and influencing credibly and effectively and able to adapt personal style to different people or situations, tailoring information and language to the audience.
  • You will have a deep understanding of communications best practices per social media channel.
  • You will be comfortable with data, and telling a story with data.

This is a Hybrid role from our Bath Office, working three days from the office, two from home
