Team & Role

We are looking for our first Revenue Enablement Manager to provide our Sales & Commercial Teams with the learning materials, content, and resources to drive growth and success. Partnering with the Sales Team and the broader Product and Commercial Teams, the Revenue Enablement Manager will develop and execute impactful, data-driven solutions for transforming the sales process. Success will be measured by the overall business impact of these solutions and cross-functional collaboration.

What We Are Looking For

  • You will be working with Sales & Commercial Teams Leadership to develop, execute, optimize and assess enablement program
  • You will be determining sales enablement priorities with sales stakeholders
  • You will be communicating enablement strategy and KPIs to stakeholders
  • You will be building a trusted relationship with sales reps and the broader commercial teams
  • You will be serving as a liaison between sales, marketing, client and product teams
  • You will be providing effective onboarding and training programs for sales reps
  • You will be coordinating educational content for ongoing training
  • You will be facilitating content creation and using with sales and marketing teams
  • You will be gathering and relaying feedback to continuously iterate on the enablement strategy
  • You will be using performance data to identify knowledge or skill gaps across the sales team
  • You will be maintaining sales enablement software to ensure it is easily accessible and providing the capabilities our Commercial Teams need

Your Skills & Expertise

  • You have 5+ years of experience in a high-performing sales organization in sales, enablement, or learning and development, preferably in a SaaS tech start-up
  • You have a Bachelor's Degree in an analytical field
  • You have a strong understanding of the sales environment, including sales content, tools and training (Hubspot, Salesloft, etc. preferred)
  • You have experience with content management and learning management systems
  • You are able to build internal relationships with sales and marketing
  • You have excellent communication skills
  • You are highly analytical and data driven, with great project management skills
  • You have great problem-solving skills and the ability to influence change
