As a Customer Collections Representative, you will be responsible for managing an allocated list of Disaster Recovery (DR) sites to minimize debt levels through proactive communication with residents. Your responsibilities will include disconnecting supplies pending payment, negotiating service-related actions within guidelines, and collaborating with Field Services for reconnections. You will also be issuing Aged Debt Reports monthly to clients, gathering debt information, and providing updates are essential tasks. You will provide full support to the Billing/Customer Services Team as needed, ensuring written and telephone communication adheres to company and client standards.

Customer Collections Representative Requirements:
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Ability to listen and display empathy.
- Ability to manage conflict and conflict resolution
- ideally have experience in credit control and/or debt recovery.
- Negotiation skills
- Pro-Active attitude - use their initiative to help deliver resolutions.
- Motivated by hitting and exceeding targets.
- A willingness to learn is essential along with a genuine focus for doing what's right for customers.
- Ability to respond appropriately under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft office suite
