We are a busy government department, currently at the centre of delivering solutions for the energy crisis, tackling climate change and driving innovate economic growth. Recruitment is key to this agenda, we are seeking an organised and efficient person to join our friendly, busy recruitment team.

You will be responsible for:
o Providing advice and guidance, both in writing and verbally, to other members of the department
o Managing the process of recruitment from publishing advertisements on Civil Servant jobs, collating scores for interviews, responding to candidate queries- all within our service level agreement
o Monitoring pre-employment checks to ensure staff have the right level of clearance to work for government

You will be working closely with the Government Recruitment Service (and others). The department is spread out across a number of locations in the UK, but the team is based in Companies House in Cardiff. We have established systems in place to manage each area of work that we deal with. Our office hours are generally 9-5 but there is a degree of flexibility around start and finish times. Hybrid working is in place, with staff attending the office on average 3 days a week and working at home the rest of the week. The team is collaborative and constantly in touch. On occasion you may be asked to assist the wider team with preparing reports and data for senior stakeholders. We are looking for someone who :
