You will be working in a large primary school in Handsworth. The school has been rated 'Good' by Ofsted. The school is caring and welcoming, it has high expectations of all its children and pushes them to reach their potential.

Your new role
You will be working full time as a teaching assistant in Reception. You should be an enthusiastic individual, as personality is vital within the role of working with young children. This is a long term role until the end of the academic year, you must be able to work five days.


What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a Level 2 or Level 3 qualified teaching assistant. You will have a good understanding of the National Curriculum and the EYFS Framework and be able to adapt resources to suit the children's needs. You need to be a good team player, have good time management and behaviour management skills. In addition to this, we will require two satisfactory references.
