Carbon60 are looking to recruit an experienced commercial plumber to join a worldwide facilities management company, working on their mobile building maintenance team covering sites in Bristol.

The role will require one-off remedial cleaning, chemical testing, and minor plumbing tasks in multiple commercial buildings in the Bristol area.

Salary: £32,137 - £ 37,493 + Van and Corporate Benefits

Working hours: Monday - Friday 40hrs

Main Duties:

  • In this position, you will carry out plumbing tasks in line with the Approved Code of Practice L8.
  • To be an ambassador for the Company whilst visiting customers sites.
  • Maintain customer's water safe logbooks in line with the Approved Code of Practice L8 and company guidelines.
  • To take a variety of Water samples from multiple sector properties and document these samples in line with the Water Technical Manual guidance.
  • Complete and submit all documentation relating to the work carried out and produce documentation and follow the progress of any paperwork regarding customer queries.
  • Carry out water system clean and disinfections in accordance with the Approved Code of Practice L8 with guidance for the Water Technical Manual.

Essential Requirements:

  • NVQ level 2 in Plumbing is an essential minimum requirement for this role.
  • Experienced Commercial Plumbers within the FM sector, experience within Compliance Servicing, Legionella Monitoring or Water Treatment is desirable.
  • Basic IT skills, preferably with Microsoft package.
  • The ability to work under pressure, being able to manage and work to deadlines.
