Practice Supervisor -Leaving Care team - £42 p/hr

NonStop Care is currently working with a well-established local authority in the West Yorkshire area who are looking for an experienced social worker to be a Practice Supervisor join their Leaving Care team.

They will offer excellent hybrid working allowing you to spend less time travelling and giving you more time at home, improving your work/life balance

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of social workers, providing support and supervision as required

• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, policies, procedures and best practice guidelines

• Oversee case management, ensuring that all cases are progressed appropriately

• Develop and monitor performance indicators, ensuring that service targets are met
