Freelance Electrical Site/Project Manager

BMSL are looking for a electrical PM/SM with contract experience on a Pharmaceutical experience.
Running 40 men in a high pressure enviroment.
There are 12-14 hrs a day available and 7 days a week if wanted.
Responsibilities of a Project Manager:
Lead and manage multiple project teams and electrical projects simultaneously to ensure that specification, quality and budget targets are met.
Collaborate with senior leadership to align projects with the company's strategic goals and objectives.
Maintain strict adherence to project schedule and design objective.
Develop project plans that incorporate strategic priorities and drive the achievement of business outcomes.
Foster effective communication and collaboration to ensure project success.
Identify potential risks and challenges associated with projects and develop mitigation strategies. Proactively monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Mentoring and developing other members of the project team.
Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
Champion safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
