Role Overview:

  • Collaborate with experienced educators to deliver engaging and inclusive lessons, catering to the diverse needs of students.
  • Provide valuable classroom support, assisting with lesson preparation, resource management, and student supervision.
  • Foster a supportive learning environment, promoting positive behaviour and encouraging active participation among students.
  • Utilise your interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with students, offering guidance and encouragement to enhance their academic progress.
  • Contribute to the development of individualised learning plans, ensuring that each student receives the necessary support to thrive academically and personally.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as required, maintaining accurate records and supporting the smooth operation of the classroom.
