Gloucestershire based manufacturing company, known for their high-quality products, is seeking a talented Technical Manager to lead the site. The company supplies to major UK supermarkets and is looking for candidates who meet the following criteria to apply.

Responsibilities include:

• As a manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of quality assurance advisors in their daily tasks.
• Ensure that all food safety standards are met, including HACCP and BRC guidelines.
• Oversee the technical aspects of production processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
• Develop and implement quality control processes and protocols to maintain high standards.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in leading a team to achieve a successful BRC audit.
• Strong background in food safety, with a deep understanding of HACCP, BRC, and Food Safety standards.
• Degree qualified in food science or a relevant field, with a passion for quality and safety.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.

Shifts and Benefits Package:

• Days - Monday to Friday
• Salary range: £40,000 to £45,000 plus overtime opportunities.
