We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee refurbishment projects involving heritage sites in London. The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management within the construction industry and a passion for preserving and enhancing the value of historic buildings.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee all aspects of heritage refurbishment projects from start to finish.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resources.
  • Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and local authorities.
  • Ensure all work complies with relevant regulations and standards, particularly those relating to heritage preservation.
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
  • Resolve any issues or delays that arise during the project.
  • Report regularly on project status to senior management and stakeholders.


Qualifications and Experience:

  • Degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in managing refurbishment projects, preferably involving heritage sites.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software.
