Care Home Manager is required for a well-established elderly residential care home with an exemplary reputation for delivering high standards of care which is evident in their “Good” CQC ratings. We require an experienced CQC Care Home Manager from a successful background of achieving good CQC inspections who can manage, support, influence, and lead their team to maintain exceptional standards.

Care Home Manager Duties:

• To run the day-to-day operations of the residential elderly care home to ensure it is running effectively.
• Ensure the service is safe and staffed with appropriate staffing levels.
• To maintain the highest standards of person-centred care

Care Home Manager Remuneration:

• Pay review after a successful probationary period.
• 5.6 weeks holidays

Care Home Manager Requirements:

• To have an NVQ level 5 in health and social care or equivalent
• To already have been a CQC registered care home manager.
• To have experience in managing a residential care home for the elderly within dementia or mental health environment
