Senior Quantity Surveyor – Bradford – Water – up to £65k + car/allowance and many other benefits

The Company:

Our client is a multi-disciplinary engineering and construction company working in the water and wastewater industry, delivering solutions across the civil and MEICA spectrum. They operate framework contracts with a number of the key UK water companies.

The Projects:

They are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Bradford to work on water projects across the Yorkshire region on a framework for Yorkshire Water.

Typically, projects are on waste water treatment sites and include new builds, extensions and refurbishments of existing facilities, and are run under NEC4 contracts. They incorporate civils and MEICA works and values are from £1m up to £17m.

The Role:

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor you will be given one of the larger projects to manager. You will have an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to support you on the project. They are ideally seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor who has good experience on these kinds of projects and contracts.

Hybrid working is available for this role with your time being spent working from the office, on site visits and working from home.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary is up to £65k depending on experience
