A Purchasing Manager role has been created within a well established restaurant brand with over 60 venues across the UK. They have a great track record within the UK food market, a brilliant team culture and great food offering all year around.

You will join an established procurement team where you can learn and develop your procurement skills.

Flexible working with a central London Head Office (3 days pw)

Description

  • Oversee and manage the procurement of all meat procurement (protein, poultry, beef, pork)
  • Establish and maintain long terms relationships with suppliers.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers. £20m spend.
  • Work closely with NPD, Chef and Marketing regarding menu development plans.
  • Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand.
  • Ensure all procurement activities adhere to legal guidelines and company policies.

Profile

A successful Purchasing Manager should have:

  • A procurement track record within the hospitality or food industry
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • A passion for the food industry!
