Job title: Finance Analyst
Location: Aberdeen (On-Site)

Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services is currently seeking a Finance Analyst on behalf of a leading Energy company. 

Job purpose:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance Analyst to support the existing finance team with invoicing, cost management, month end activities and reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Review, control and processing of local orders, revenue and costs
• Review and approval of supplier invoices and resolving queries as required.
• Close liaison with other departments and relationship building with internal and external customers.
• Creation of presentations and reports
• Support in Cost Center Controlling topics
• Timely and accurate completion of month end activities including posting of journals; calculation and assignment of costs where required; regular review of Work In Progress and Accrual balances.
• Participation in monthly forecasting process and reporting.
• Supporting the business by providing ad hoc analysis as required in a timely manner.

Qualifications/Experience:

• Previous experience working within finance 
• Enjoy working independently, safely and responsibly; take ownership of challenges and ideas and are looking to develop your ability to drive and lead change
• Advanced skills with Microsoft Office, experience with SAP, as well as strong analytical skills
• Experience with coding desirable
