Role: Service Engineer

Location: Halifax, 2 days per week required on site

Rate: £700.00 - £750.00

Duration: 6-months

You'll be installing and maintain products and services according to Group standards and policies, and to agreed service levels and will assist with the delivery of projects within Integration Bus environments - this includes out of hours deployments and migrations 2/3 times a week.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Integration Bus (IIB) v10 / APP Connect Enterprise v12 administration.
• IBM WebSphere Message Queue v9.x administration
• Operational experience on Linux / z/Linux OS systems
• Operational experience using SQL - DB2/Oracle
• Scripting experience - Shell
• Integration Bus IIB v10 / APP Connect Enterprise v12 development skills (desirable)
• Knowledge automated deployment and pipeline / workflow management, (git, urban code etc).
• Diagnostic skills and an ability to analyse technical information from multiple sources, allowing the provision of highly effective solutions in complex environments (desirable).
