Job Title: Aircraft Electrician

Contract type: Permanent

Purpose

Working across production areas regarding electrical requirements ensuring that production deadlines are met efficiently, safely and to appropriate quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Working across all aspects of , ensuring that deadlines are met
  • Manufacture of electrical harnesses, components, control modules
  • Test and inspection of electrical assemblies
  • Install electrical components into units
  • Experience in the fitting of aircraft galleries
  • Reading and understanding engineering drawings, wiring diagrams
  • Meeting set production targets
  • Ensure products are built to appropriate quality standards, right first time
  • Ensure Health & Safety standards are adhered to at all times
  • Maintain a safe, organised and efficient work area
  • Ensure efficient production flow and make suggestions as to how work flow could be improved
  • Escalate issues to line management as required
  • Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas to ensure compliance with quality and safety regulations.

Role Details:

  • ASAP Start
  • Duration: Permanent
  • Rate: £30-33K per month
  • Payment: Monthly 
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday

Experience Required:

  • Ideally aerospace experience
  • Experience with the manufacture of electrical harnesses, components, control modules, crimping, harness making and loop building.
