Finance Director - Marinas & Commercial Properties

Our client is getting ready for an exciting journey acquiring a diverse portfolio of Marinas and Commercial properties to bring them out of administration and turn them around.

The ideal candidate will be a Finance Director comfortable dealing with acquisitions and turnaround. Responsible for all financial aspects of the acquired portfolio.

Finance Director - Marinas & Commercial Properties

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive financial strategy
• Provide strategic financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting to support informed decision- making
• Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks
• Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations, accounting standards, and ESG reporting requirements, fostering a culture of transparency and accountability
• Cash flow management
• Team leadership - lead and develop the finance team
• Develop and implement financial restructuring plans

Finance Director - Marinas & Commercial Properties

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a CFO/Finance Director
• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
• Extensive experience in finance leadership roles
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Previous experience working for a Private Equity backed company - Desirable
• Previously worked in the Hospitality or Marine Sector - Desirable
