Job: Vehicle Prepper
Salary/OTE: £16ph OTE £36k
Area: Birmingham
Ascend Talent is seeking a Vehicle Prepper to join an accident repair centre based in Birmingham. As a Vehicle Prepper you will be responsible for all Prep & Polish aspects of the vehicles entrusted with the ARC. In this position it requires knowledge & previous experience of the various systems & methods.
Responsibilities: As a Vehicle Prepper you will be responsible for;
- Surface preparation, filling, sanding and cleaning surfaces
- Unpacking, handling and preparing parts prior to paint
- Minor Filler Jobs
- Prepare and clean panels for priming.
- Priming
- Prepare Vehicles for paint
- Polishing
Experience/ Skill:
- Background of Vehicle Prepper, Paint Technician or Automotive Body Repair role
- ATA or equivalent qualifications desirable.
Package:
- Salary dependent on experience £16ph.
- Bonus Structure.
- OT available

- 40 hour week.
