Accounts Assistant

A growing, established Accountancy practice based in Bristol is seeking an Accounts Assistant to join their friendly team. They provide a full suite of accounting and business management support to an array of clients.
This is a permanent, hybrid position with an immediate start. There are part time hours offered. You must be eligible to work in the UK.
Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00am – 4pm with flexible working arrangements
Salary Range: £24,000 - £30,000
Responsibilities to include:
- General bookkeeping duties
- Balancing accounts
- Processing invoices
- Bank reconciliations
- Completing VAT returns
- Checking company statements
- Management Account Preparation
- Processing client’s Payroll
Requirements:
- AAT qualified desirable
- Minimum 3 years’ experience working as a Bookkeeper
- Previous experience working with Xero and MS Office
- Must hold a full UK Driving licence

The successful candidate will be managing a portfolio of clients which will mainly consist of Sole Traders and SME’s, varying in different sizes.
