Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Engineer specializing in Setting Out and Reinforcement Concrete to join our dynamic team. As a Site Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of our construction projects, particularly in the areas of setting out and managing reinforcement concrete activities.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct precise setting out activities to ensure accurate positioning of structures, foundations, and other construction elements according to engineering drawings and specifications.
• Oversee the installation and placement of reinforcement concrete, including coordination with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor and inspect reinforcement concrete works to ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and project requirements.
• Collaborate closely with the project management team, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues and optimize construction processes.
• Provide technical guidance and support to site staff, including junior engineers, foremen, and construction workers, to ensure effective execution of tasks.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including site records, progress reports, and quality assurance records.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience working as a Site Engineer with a focus on setting out and reinforcement concrete in construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques related to setting out and reinforcement concrete.
• Proficiency in using surveying instruments, CAD software, and other relevant tools for setting out activities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
