My client is looking for a candidate to join their technical sales support team in Redditch. They provide full technical training on products with ongoing development.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers answering calls and emails.
- Process through orders checking details carefully.
- Upsell and cross sell where possible to maximise revenue.
- Ensure correct materials are in stock and provide ETA’s accordingly.
Skills and Attributes required:
- Preferably working within a sales administration or technical support team previously.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Confident when speaking to customer on the phone and over email.
This role is Full Time Monday-Friday 8am-4pm with a 30 minute break.
