This is an amazing opportunity for a motivated Quantity Surveyor to join an ambitious and expanding internals contractor where you'll be working on a variety of projects in the Residential, Commercial and Industrial sectors where you will have great training opportunities with the chance to progress up to Directorship.

Are you a Quantity Surveyor who has experience working on refurbishment projects or working for a Main Contractor? Are you looking for an opportunity with great technical development and progression up to directorship?

This growing and ambitious specialist internal contractor work in a variety of sectors including Residential, Commercial and Industrial. They work on a variety of projects like High Rise Apartments, Student Accommodation, Office Fit Outs and Industrial Units. Their high-quality specialty service has resulted in them having a full workbook with both new and existing clients. As a result of this they have entered an exciting period of growth and expansion as company which has created this great opportunity on offer.

In this role you will play an important role within the company with a number of responsibilities from finding and identifying new tender opportunities. You'll also be estimating the cost of different aspects of the project from materials, labour and equipment. Also, you'll be responsible for overseeing the projects to ensure they remain in budget and are making a profit. As well as liaising with clients where you will be presenting bids, and further liaising with on and off-site teams to ensure projects are running smoothly. Finally, amongst other responsibilities you'll be measuring and evaluating work on site to submit payment applications.

Therefore, the ideal candidate will have experience with refurbishment projects or have worked for a Main Contractor and is looking for a new opportunity. As well as having a full UK driver's license to be able to travel to their sites across the Midlands.
