Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a Mobile Multi Skilled Technician to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.

We are looking for a Mobile Multi Skilled Technician who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.

As the Mobile Multi Skilled Technician you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.

The Mobile Multi Skilled Technician, will be responsible for:

• Demonstrating your understanding of all building fabric activities such as:
  • Patch repairs, minor plumbing and carpentry, painting and decorating all to the highest level of service for the client.
• This will involve answering queries
• Reporting any defects
• Keeping the client informed of site activities at the time of the service visit.
• You will be expected to complete all work-related documentation accurately and on time, keeping logs of inspections reports and remedial work.

To be successful for this Mobile Multi Skilled Technician role you must have:

• The ideal candidate will have experience within a Maintenance / Facilities Management environment.
• Desirably, you will have working knowledge of Health & Safety and capability to perform manual tasks, including manual handling, working at heights and in confined spaces (training provided)
• Willingness to participate in the On-Call Rota. 
• You will have a full current driving licence, be IT literate
• Confident using a mobile device
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Solutions focussed individual who can work without supervision but also enjoys working as part of a team.
