Electrical, Control & Instrumentation (EC&I) Project Engineer

Are you a responsible EC&I Project Engineer with the ability to define fit for purpose engineering solutions? Do you have experience in supporting the successful execution of assigned projects; safely, and in line with specification, budget and programme?
  
If so, we may have the perfect role for you, working for a global leader renowned for their excellence and forward-thinking approach in industrial services, in this full-time permanent position based in Middlesbrough.
  
You’ll be supporting the Project Manager in overseeing all aspects of EC&I projects including cost, schedules, programme, risk assessments, design team activities, procurement, planning, change and HSEQ.
  
Liaising with multi-discipline designers, engineers, stakeholders and planning departments, as EC&I Project Engineer you will ensure accurate resources and schedule information; defining commissioning and training procedures and ensuring technical and project reviews and approvals are met prior to hand over.
  
You’ll need:
  • Degree/HND or equivalent in a control &/or instrumentation &/or electrical engineering discipline
  • HSEQ qualification (i.e., IOSH)
  • Significant experience in an equivalent role with industrial sector, COMAH Teir 1 process manufacturing environment knowledge including maintenance, shutdown / outage, project, OPEX & CAPEX
