Salary/Rate:
£50,000 - £55,000/annum + car allow + full benefits package

Construction Site Manager required to work for a leading UK main building contractor on one of Leeds city centre’s major high rise residential developments.

This project is already underway with 2 years left to run on this £100M development.

As Site Manager you will work closely with the Senior Site Manager and Senior Project Manager overseeing all aspects of construction phases ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Manage project resources effectively, including labour, materials, and equipment.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of workmanship, addressing any issues promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards at all times.

Requirements:

  • Experience of high-rise developments is essential.
  • Proven experience as a construction Site Manager with a tier one building contractor.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CSCS, SMSTS)
