Support Worker – Treharris – Full time - Night Shifts – 39 hours a week - £11.60 to £12.50 per hour dependent on qualifications and experience

We're looking for Night Support Workers who can also offer flexibility to support on day shifts if needed.
A day in the life of working at Ty Banwen includes:
- Ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met through a supportive and caring environment;
- Being a positive role model;
- Promoting independence by supporting a range of social, school and work-based activities;
- Working together to ensure support is tailored to meet individual needs;
- Keeping accurate records of all activities, progress, and incidents should they arise;
- General housekeeping duties, including meal preparation;
- A can-do attitude, resilient nature;
- Previous care experience preferred but not essential.
- To hold a current valid driver’s license;
- Compassion and empathy;
- Good communication both verbal and written;
- Flexibility around shift times;
- To be reliable, punctual and trustworthy;
