Are you a multi skilled building services maintenance engineer who is looking for an new opportunity? I am actively recruiting on behalf of a leading FM service provider for one of their flagship sites in London. To be considered for this role, you must have a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical plant systems, and have the ability to work well under pressure.
- London - Zone 1 - Static
- £45,000 + Overtime Available
- Mon to Fri (8am to 5pm)

- Calorifiers
- Boilers
- AHUs/FCUs
- Distribution Boards
- Circuit Breakers
- Transformers
- Generator Testing
- Electrical Fault Finding
- Emergency Light Testing
- Fire Alarm Testing
- Sprinkler Testing
- BMS readings
Requirements
- C&G / NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installations (or equivalent)
- 18th Edition
- Experience in building services maintenance - Ideally within commercial office environment
