The services include regional thrombectomy, thrombolysis, hyer-acute and acute stroke care and rehabilitation. This is a varied and exciting role to work as part of a multidisciplinary team delivering state of art stroke care. You will be working as a Registered Nurse within the stroke team and responsible for the following duties; Holistic treatment of patients at all stages of their journeyOrganising and participating in the delivery of high standards of evidence based careContribute to the health promotion for all patients by providing education, support and advice as necessaryEnsuring referral to appropriate professionals or agencies if requiredAssisting in the co-ordination of discharge planning in partnership with the multidisciplinary teamIn the absence of senior staff, taking responsibility for the delegation and supervision of appropriate work to other staff and health professionals Who we're looking for Be NMC registered- your pin must not have any restrictions or conditionsEligibility to live and work in the UKAt least 1 years UK experience in a stroke setting Recognised teaching & assessing qualification.
