They are pioneering products that provide  Assurance and Compliance to a variety of industries and have a global lead in this space across telecoms, utilities, etc.

Due to ongoing success, they now have an opening for a Data Analyst to join their team and carry out the following duties:

• Data analysis and reporting findings back to clients
• Conducting reviews of customer progress and targets
• Production of various internal reports
• Conducting conference calls with clients
• Ensure that services are delivered and maintained as per agreed SLA
• Ensuring client expectations are met
• Continual review of analysis and reporting to improve relevancy and understanding of client needs

In order to carry out this role, you will need solid data analysis and report writing experience.  You should also be entirely comfortable using Excel and Powerpoint.
