The ideal candidate will be someone who has previous electrical engineering experience, working on a variety of equipment and is experienced in fault-finding, using multimeters and other diagnosis equipment.

Responsibilities of the Electrical Field Service Engineer include:

• Carrying out reactive and planned maintenance across the company portfolio of catering equipment
• Carrying out maintenance on vitro ovens, commercial ovens and other electrical equipment
• Carry out fault finding for reactive repairs
• Liaising with the service team for reactive calls
• Using the company tablet to check stock and current jobs
• Provide excellent customer service and communication with customers
• Complete all necessary job sheets and liaising closely with the service desk
• Maintaining van stock and general vehicle maintenance as required

Required experience of the Electrical Field Service Engineer:

• Minimum 1 years electrical engineering
• Proficient fault-finding skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A full, clean UK driver's license
