CNC Programmer/ Setter/ Operator

Summary:
We are seeking an exceptional CNC Programmer-Setter-Operator to join out World Championship winning team in Northampton on a contract basis. You will be responsible for the manufacture of Development and multi batch components.

Therefore we will need you to be skilled at...

• Setting and Operating multi Axis CNC Milling machines. 
• Offline CAM Programming using ‘Hyper Mill’ or similar software. 
• ‘Right first time’ component manufacturing.   

Have experience of....

• Apprenticeship in CNC manufacturing environment. 
• Prototype and Small batch manufacturing. 
• Machining components from exotic materials. 

Demonstrate knowledge of...

• Multi Axis simultaneous machining proficiency. 
•  Extensive online software programming experience 

Hold these Qualifications...

• Engineering Apprenticeship with corresponding qualifications. 
• Desirable, HNC Engineering. 

Be...

• Proactive and ability to work under pressure to meet challenging delivery’s 
• Self-motivated. 
• Creative and innovative. 
• Highly organised with good attention to detail. 
• Flexible and adaptable with a high level of self-responsibility. 
• A Team worker with ability to work independently.
