Job Title: Senior Site Manager - Internals

Our client is an established residential developer operating across London.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the internals and fit-out aspects of the construction project, ensuring adherence to specifications, quality standards, and deadlines.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of internals and fit-out works.
  • Manage and motivate on-site teams to achieve project milestones and deliverables effectively.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to identify and address any issues promptly.
  • Implement health and safety protocols and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with project managers and other departments to optimise resources and resolve any conflicts or challenges.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to internals and fit-out activities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager or similar role within the construction industry, preferably with a focus on internals and fit-out.
  • Extensive knowledge of internals and fit-out processes, materials, and best practices.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage on-site teams effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with various stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
  • Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field.
