Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Location: Luton

Salary: up to £45,000

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm

Contract Type: Permanent

We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join my clients team in Luton.

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on a range of electrical systems and equipment within a static role. This is a permanent position, with no call out required.

Responsibilities:

• Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on electrical systems and equipment
• Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs where necessary
• Completing electrical installation work where required
• Conducting regular inspections and tests to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
• Liaising with clients and colleagues to ensure that work is completed efficiently and to a high standard
• Maintaining accurate records of work completed and parts used

Requirements:

• Electrical maintenance experience in a commercial or industrial environment
• Relevant electrical qualifications (City & Guilds, NVQ or equivalent)
• Knowledge of electrical regulations and standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
