Responsibilities for the Site Manager include: -
• Site staff management. (Inductions/ Toolbox Talks & Daily Briefings)
• Compliance with regulations.
• Client liaison & Relationship building, subcontractor oversight, and planning.
• Weekly Progress meetings.
• High maintenance of documentation and records.
• General Site Management role.
Ideal candidate for the Site Manager : -
• Must Hold SMSTS/ First Aid/ SHEA Power/ CSCS and Temp Works co-ordinator & Supervisor.
• Proven track record of site management preferably within substation environments.
• Experience in the management of multiple trades (HV Works/ Electrical Fit out/ Groundworks/ Steel frames/ Excavating etc)
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
