Position Facilities Manager

This company is seeking a skilled Facilities Manager with a proven track record in the food industry to join their esteemed team. As the backbone of the facility, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all aspects of facility maintenance, including equipment upkeep, repairs, and inspections to ensure optimal functionality.

Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.

Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, particularly in areas such as sanitation and food safety.

Lead a team of maintenance staff, providing guidance, training, and support to foster a culture of excellence and accountability.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality assurance, and procurement, to support operational goals and initiatives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field preferred.

Proven experience in facilities management within the food industry, with a strong understanding of food safety regulations and best practices.

Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Proficiency in facility management software and tools, as well as a hands-on approach to problem-solving and troubleshooting.
