A loyal client to Sphere are looking to appoint a Senior Project Manager / Project Manager, to head up a team across an existing development in Gloucester.
At present, my client are happy to consider both freelance and fixed term contract options.
Whilst working in this role you will oversee my clients Operational site based team, reporting into roaming senior management. The project in question is a 2 Storey, £12M, Mixed Use development for a well known Educational establishment. It will include Communal Space for students, Cafe, Costa Coffee, Communal Kitchen, and a Student Services area.
The ideal candidate for the role would have a good Main Contractor background.
Relevant Degree level qualifications would also be desired.
