We are delighted to be assisting a distribution company based in Abingdon with their search for a Marketing Assistant

Our client, a leading supplier in their field aims to give their customers an outstanding service together with a broad product choice.

As the Marketing Assistant you will support the Marketing Manager in carrying out the trade marketing requirements for the business including packaging, merchandising, catalogues, exhibitions, website, graphic design and promotional activity.

The Marketing Assistant will:

• Collate materials for product catalogues and promotional literature
• Manage and develop the website to maximise impact for trade customers
• Assist with the co-ordination of trade shows
• Develop and maintain information for product packaging, merchandising and promotional material.
• Supervise photoshoots for products to be used in catalogues and online
• Research market trends and competitor activity.

The ideal Marketing Assistant will have previous experience of working in a marketing role, coupled with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at any given time.
