We are currently looking for and Office Assistant working Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5.30pm (42.5 hours per week, with a 30min unpaid lunch break)

Connolly and Callaghan are property developers, providers of emergency accomodation, and are landords for private rentals and holiday lets.

We work with statutory agencies across the South West to place homeless families and individuals on an emergency basis.

We require a junior office administrator to join our team.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):-

  • General administration and admin cover for the teams
  • Reception duties for visitors
  • Keeping the office organised and tidy (incl. watering plants)
  • Providing cover / I.T support (phone issues, computer issues)
  • Monitor and maintain adequate levels of office supplies and request additional where needed with
  • Stock controller
  • General business support
  • Inventory management and inspections

This role requires you to undergo a DBS check
