New homes site set up conveyancer

One Step Recruitment are working with a top solicitor firm in Wellington to look for an experienced conveyancer to join our new homes team in Wellington. In a busy conveyancing department, we are seeking a lawyer to join our already talented team.

An ideal candidate would need:

• Confidence working with our Partners to ensure adherence to regulatory, client care, performance criteria and SRA regulations
• Guaranteeing appropriate processes, systems and compliance are in place and in operation across your new build team.
• Utilising skills and experience to deliver pragmatic decision making and legal advice
• Ensuring due diligence in all areas of processing a new homes property to include:
  • Help to buy
  • Freeholds
  • Leaseholds

Experienced conveyancer duties will include:

• Setting up new sites with accuracy and confidence
• Completing legal reports under pressure with precision
• Risk assessments, decision making to deal with all cases
• Undertaking problem solving and coaching on matters related to the conveyancing process

You will be working 40 hours a week from Monday to Friday 9am-5pm

The Salary banding will start at £23,000- £36,000
