Established medical company requires a Telesales Operative to join their expanding team in Redditch.
Previous admin and data entry is essential to fulfil the role of Telesales Operative. Within this role you will be offered free car parking. Offered of a temporary to permanent basis, this position of Telesales Operative is available with immediate start.
Duties and responsibilities of Telesales Operative –
- Polite and friendly telephone manner
- General administrative duties
- Dealing with customers over the phone
- Sending marketing information on products
- Making outbound calls and answering customer queries
Skills and attributes by successful candidate for the role of Telesales Operative –
- Good level of customer service experience and confident communication skills
- Can work in a fast-paced environment
- Work as part of a team and individually
Location: Redditch
Hours of work: 9am – 5pm (Monday-Friday)
Pay rate: £11.50 – £12 per hour + commission

Contract: Temp-Perm
