Role - Senior Revit Technician
Location - West Midlands HUB (1 day a week in office)
Rate - Up to £38/hr Inside IR35

Overview

My client is an forward-thinking and innovative International Multi-disciplinary consultancy seeking a Senior BIM Technician to work within their Birmingham area office on a Hybrid basis (1 day a week) and assist their Mechanical team on the delivery of multiple projects within the Aviation, Aerospace defence, Nuclear & Custodial sectors.

You will be responsible for Coordinating & Delivering 3D models, creating BIM documentation whilst working alongside an established MEP team.

Responsibilities

• Use Revit to produce schematicsand detailed drawings in in accordance with relevant standards and procedures.
• Carry outclash detectionsusing navisworks
• Work closely with the design team to deliver efficient and buildable solutions.
• Review subcontractors' BIM models and drawings for compliance reasons.

Requirements

• Revit Experience
• Knowledge of BIM Level 2 Delivery
• Experience producing 2D & 3D designs from concept stage to fully co-ordinated detailed design
• Have knowledge of assurance processes, standards and documentation.
• Experience liassing with internal/external teams (architects, design team, subcontractors etc)
• Experience of clash detection/resolution process using both Navisworks.
• Knowledge of Cobie Data
• Eligible for security clearance
• Right to work in the UK
