A leading consultancy based in Cambridge is on the lookout for an experienced Building Surveyor to strengthen their versatile team.

The successful Building Surveyor's role

The chosen Building Surveyor will be instrumental in pioneering projects focused on sustainability, dedicated to developing approaches that reduce energy consumption and carbon emissions, ultimately lessening environmental impact.

You'll be working on a variety of schemes across the commericial, industrial, retail and office sectors, carrying out predominantly professional bias services including dilapidations, licenses to alter, ppm's, surveys and party walls.

The successful Building Surveyor will have?

  • Ideally MRICS accredited.
  • Should be degree qualified, preferably with an RICS-accredited background
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a construction consultancy environment
  • In depth experience of professional type services.
  • Strong communication skills - both written and verbal.
