The Quantity Surveyor will be working on a range of projects including; listed buildings, heritage, conservation, healthcare, industrial and commercial. This particular client offers an interesting opportunity to working on varied projects from castles, cathedrals and museums, to commercial developments and state of the art health centres. They currently have over 40 staff across their offices and offer a strong benefits package and the chance to work on heritage projects.

Qauntity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor Position Salary & Benefits

• Salary: £50k - £65k DOE (guide only)
• Car Allowance DOE
• 25 days holiday plus BH

• MRICS preferred- not essential
• Full driving licence
• Based within commuting distance of Cardiff
• Interest or experience in heritage works preferred- not essential
