Our client is a well regarded and established house builder/contractor
As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor you will be working along side a Senior Quantity Surveyor, assisting on residential developments in the Midlands area
Main duties will include:
- Internal cost reports and CVR’s
- Measurement and valuation of main contract accounts and subcontract accounts
- Subcontractor procurement
- Raising sales invoices
- Payments to subcontractors
- Issue and maintain correspondence and records
To be considered, applicants must:
- Working on social housing developments
- Understanding the valuation processes
- Preparing internal cost reports
- Understanding changes in design and consequences to time and cost
- Working with wider teams from various stakeholders
