Facilities Maintenance Engineer

A growing and well-established Facilities Management provider to the built environment are currently looking to recruit an experienced Facilities Maintenance Engineer to join their expanding business supporting a number of sectors across the Commercial Real Estate, Hospitality & Leisure, and both the Public & Private sectors on a full-time permanent basis.
Employed in a mobile basis covering Edinburgh, you will be responsible for but not limited to:
- Carrying out all planned and reactive maintenance including all mechanical, and associated building services on the likes of AHU’s, pumps, motors, pressurisation units, fire alarms and all other non-critical services
- Carrying out emergency lighting tests, maintenance and repairs
- Cover a portfolio of contracted buildings repairing and maintaining various systems
Essential requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar FM commercial maintenance capacity
- Highly skilled in all aspects of FM/Building Services Maintenance and repair work
- Proven track record and experience with AHU’s, pumps, motors, pressurisation units etc.
- Good problem-solving skills
- Able to demonstrate a strong focus on customer care combined with excellent communication skills
- Full UK Drivers Licence
