About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for someone who enjoys working with people, building relationships and is passionate about providing excellent care to our patients.

The NHS Partnership Executive is responsible for maintaining, developing, and building relationships with our primary care referrers and system stakeholders to contribute to our growth.

You’ll be a key ambassador for CHEC in your region. Ideally, we are looking for enthusiastic individuals with some previous key account, business development management or sales experience.

In this role, you will be mostly field based, meeting and building relationships with primary care practitioners and the local communities CHEC serve. The Partnership Executive will work in closely with the local CHEC hospital(s), maintaining internal relationships and leveraging opportunities.

We are looking for someone who can.

  • Plan and prioritise effectively with impeccable communication skills to build relationships with primary stakeholders.
  • Adopt a brand ambassadorial approach with all existing and prospective partners across your region by building strong and long-lasting relations.
  • Promote CHEC services, benefits, facilities, and new service developments to stakeholders.
  • Confidently present and promote CHEC services at both corporate and bespoke events.
  • Adopt agile thinking in building strong relationships with influencing decision makers across your designated region.
  • Bring a target-focussed approach, best practice and contribute innovative ideas to the wider department to increase organisational growth.

  

What you’ll bring to the role:

  • Self-motivated induvial individual with some experience in sales a background in sales, business development or customer-facing retail.
  • Problem solver
  • Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and other systems including CRMs
  • The ability to learn and adapt to new internal systems
  • Self-motivated and self-starter with the ability to prioritise and schedule work independently
  • A full driving licence and have own vehicle
