Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and technically proficient Internal Sales Representative to join the team. This role involves providing technical sales support, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring a seamless sales process. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hydraulics and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

-Customer Support: Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat, providing technical advice and product recommendations.

-Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales process from initial inquiry to order fulfillment, ensuring customer satisfaction at every step.

-Technical Expertise: Provide detailed technical information about hydraulic products, including specifications, applications, and benefits.

-Quotations and Proposals: Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and bids for both new and existing customers.

-Order Processing: Accurately process customer orders, ensuring timely and correct delivery of products.

-Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

-Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the engineering, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.

-Market Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and advancements in hydraulic technology.

Qualifications:

Education:

-Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

-Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in technical sales, preferably within the hydraulic or related industries.

-Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems, components, and applications.

-Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.

-Customer Service: Proven track record of providing excellent customer service and building lasting client relationships.

-Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.

-Software Proficiency: Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
