Crem Recruitment has been appointed to recruit for this superb national business.
Our client is looking to recruit a Production Operative, reporting to the Production Manager to join their team in rural Cambridgeshire (CB6)
Key Responsibilities:
- Pre-production set up.
- Machine Operation
- Post-production trimming and de-burring
Personal Requirements:
- Experience working in a production environment.
- You’ll be enthusiastic with a positive mind-set.
- You’ll be flexible in your approach to work, happy to change processes with the needs of the business.
- UK Driving License.
Working Hours and Pay:
Fortnightly Rotating Shift Pattern
AM Shift: Monday to Friday 06.00 – 14.00
PM Shift: Monday to Thursday 14.00 – 00.00
- £12.07 per hour, rising with additional skills developed.
