👩‍💼 Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support, acting as a point of contact for administrative matters.
  • Copy type various documents, including reports, correspondence, and contract documents.
  • Manage and update work schedules for internal consultants.
  • Assist senior management with finance and HR duties.
  • Act as the first point of contact for incoming communications via telephone and email.
  • Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
  • Organise and maintain the reception area, including meeting room preparation.
  • Carry out general office duties such as post, binding, photocopying, and scanning.

👩‍💼 General Admin:

  • Handle telephone and receptionist duties.
  • Manage office supplies and ensure availability of refreshments.
  • Provide refreshments for clients.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and couriers.
  • Assist with diary management.
  • Maintain filing and archiving systems.
  • Contribute to recycling schemes.

✨ Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Educated to a high standard - 2.1 Degree or above
  • Secretarial or business administration qualification is desirable.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work quickly and efficiently.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook & Teams.
  • Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, reliable, and responsible.
